EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr Kasule provides strategic leadership for CDI, guiding the organization’s vision, partnerships, and programs. She is passionate about community empowerment, sustainable development, and creating opportunities that improve lives.
Mr Juuko Stephen Charles
Finance & Administration Officer
Juuko manages the organization’s financial systems and administrative operations, ensuring accountability, transparency, and efficient use of resources.
Mr Leo Simba
Senior Programs Manager
Simba oversees the planning, implementation, and monitoring of development projects. He works closely with communities and partners to ensure every initiative delivers measurable and lasting impact.
Ms Nabbuto Christine
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Nabbuto tracks project performance, analyzes outcomes, and helps improve program effectiveness through evidence-based decision-making.
